As simple as it is. I define myself as a passionate Trusted Business Advisor. I have more than 19 years’ experience in consulting (with the most well-known Big4 firms), defining strategy to execution at various leadership roles in the Global Mobility field of play.

I have been delighted to partner with dozens of mid-market companies (cross-sectors such as: automotive, trading, financial sectors, FMCG, etc).

Is Global Mobility a passion ? That is a bold yes ! I have been an assignee myself. I moved to the US in a 2-years assignment in Connecticut back in 2011. A revelation.

At a people level, I can truly put myself in an expatriates’ shoes. I know what it takes to move - alone or with an accompanying family - to a new country, a new culture, with new legislation and (tax) practices.

Also, I am in position to understand the challenges that a Mobile Workforce imposes. Moving the best talents around very often looks easy. However, having aligned, robust but also flexible Mobility policies in place is key. Ensuring that the Workforce strategy is fully aligned to the corporate strategy is often a challenge. It requires agility, fast pace but also appropriate Mobility policies sponsored by stakeholders.

I dedicated my passion and my energy in deploying “Integrated Mobility Solutions” to help companies in managing their Global Mobility programs. This consists in offering a holistic vision – from strategy to execution – to secure the different aspects of the Mobility ecosystem : immigration, social security, tax, payroll reporting & obligations).

Over the years, I have been also focusing on helping private clients, expatriates, international transferees, C-Suites as well as HNWI with their most complex tax affairs and assets structuring. Always through a tailor-made approach.
